A deposit-only, ammonia-free demi-permanent hair color, PM Shines are recommended for the new-to-color customer or for the customer who desires brilliant all-over color with amazing shine. Amazingly versatile and dimensional, PM Shines’ Intense Hydrating Complex (IHC) penetrates deep into the hair shaft adding intense hydration with helping to replace lost amino acids. And because PM Shines are ammonia-free, the color imparts less structural damage to the hair. UV absorbers help reduce environmental damage and keeps color from fading. Hair Crafters recommends PM Shines to enhance, neutralize or intensify natural hair color and to refresh hair color between color services.
